Ok you have to try this one.
I am big on sauces and dips with my food. I love a good vegan mayo on a sandwich or vegan burger. Unfortunately even the vegan mayo is mostly oil based and high in calories.
This one I like to use more often as it is tofu based and offers extra protein from the tofu. You can use the silken Tofu if you like yours very thin but I tend to favour a bit more of a thick paste like mayo. So for this recipe I used a medium firm tofu.
Have a go and let me know what you think. In this recipe I used dried dill and chives because that’s what most people have on hand. But if you can opt for the fresh baby dill and chives it will take you to a 5 out 5 Gorillas.
Have a go and let me know if you make it. Tag me on instagram or send a message here if you like. I would love to know how you liked it.
