Left Overs or New Creations?




Having leftovers when I was a kid was boring. Specially if I didn't like the meal to begin with. But I'm here to say they Don't have to be. All you need is a little creativity, maybe some more spices and a few add on's to get the job done. This went from Quinoa and broccoli the night before to a stir fry with added garlic, onions, hemp hearts and some vegan chicken-less tofu. Made a nice spicy little sauce to drizzle over the top and Done! A completely different meal and taste. Tell me about some of your creations. I would love to hear it.
